How It Works
Create multiple schedules in Strategy Gantt (e.g., "Baseline Q1" and "Current Plan"). Navigate to the Compare section, select two schedules, and the tool generates a visual diff.
The overlay mode shows both timelines stacked so you can see exactly where phases shifted. Delta analytics provide a summary of total days gained or lost per project.
