Terms of Use

Strategy Gantt is a web-based tool for creating Gantt charts from spreadsheet data. A free account is required to use it. It is available in two plans:

Free Plan

• Available free of charge, forever. No credit card required
• Up to 3 cloud schedules saved to your account
• Export to PNG / SVG / PPTX
• Schedule comparisons and configuration templates

Team Plan

The Team Plan is available at €29 per month (or €290 per year). It includes everything in the Free plan plus:

• Shared team workspace with roles (owner, admin, member)
• Team members in 10, 20, or 50-seat tiers
• PowerPoint brand templates and brand colors on every export
• Change tracking, unlimited cloud schedules, and local data migration

Free Plan

Your schedules are saved to our secure cloud database so they are available whenever you sign in. We do not sell or share your content, and only access it as needed to operate the service.

• Schedules are stored in encrypted cloud storage, isolated to your workspace
• Available on any device when you sign in to your account
• Up to 3 schedules on the free plan

Team Plan

The Team Plan stores your schedules on our servers using encrypted cloud storage. Your data is isolated to your workspace and inaccessible to anyone else. It adds more schedules, cross-device access, and team collaboration.

We collect anonymous usage data to improve the service. This includes:

• When you use the application (timestamps)
• Which features you interact with
• General usage patterns

Our usage analytics are anonymous and do NOT include your project data or schedule content. Your schedules are stored only to provide the service — see Data & Privacy above.

The Team Plan is billed at €29 per month, or €290 per year (saving 17%). Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

• Apple Pay
• Enterprise invoicing and purchase orders available on request

Cancellation & Data Retention

You may cancel your Team Plan at any time. There is no lock-in. After your billing period ends, your workspace becomes read-only — you can still view and export everything, but cannot create new cloud schedules.

• If payment is not received, your account is locked (read-only access)
• Your account will be re-opened immediately upon receiving a new payment
• 60 days after your last received payment, all cloud-stored data is permanently deleted from our servers

To avoid data loss, re-subscribe within 60 days of your last payment or export your schedules while your workspace is in read-only mode.

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. We recommend checking this page periodically.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

• We make no guarantees about availability, reliability, or accuracy
• We are not liable for any data loss, including loss due to service interruptions, updates, or technical issues
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service

Your data is stored in encrypted cloud storage and we maintain backups, but we still recommend exporting copies of any important schedules.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to compromise, disrupt, or abuse the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
