Terms of Use

Strategy Gantt is a browser-based tool for creating Gantt charts from spreadsheet data. It is available in two plans:

Free Plan

• Available free of charge, forever. No account or registration required
• Unlimited local schedules stored in your browser
• Export to PNG / SVG / PPTX
• Schedule comparisons and configuration templates

Team Plan

The Team Plan is available at €29 per month (or €290 per year). It includes everything in the Free plan plus:

• Secure cloud storage with multi-device access
• Up to 10 team members per workspace
• PowerPoint brand templates and brand colors on every export
• Change tracking, unlimited cloud schedules, and local data migration

Free Plan

Your project data never leaves your device. We do not store, process, or have access to your schedules, project names, or any content you create.

• All data is stored in your browser's localStorage
• Clearing your browser data or cache will permanently delete your schedules
• Switching browsers or devices means starting fresh

Team Plan

The Team Plan stores your schedules on our servers using encrypted cloud storage with row-level security. Your data is isolated to your workspace and inaccessible to anyone else. This enables cross-device access and team collaboration.

We collect anonymous usage data to improve the service. This includes:

• When you use the application (timestamps)
• Which features you interact with
• General usage patterns

We do NOT collect your project data, schedule content, or any information you enter into the application.

The Team Plan is billed at €29 per month, or €290 per year (saving 17%). Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Payment Methods

• All major credit cards and debit cards
• Apple Pay
• Enterprise invoicing and purchase orders available on request

Cancellation & Data Retention

You may cancel your Team Plan at any time. There is no lock-in. After your billing period ends, your workspace becomes read-only — you can still view and export everything, but cannot create new cloud schedules.

• If payment is not received, your account is locked (read-only access)
• Your account will be re-opened immediately upon receiving a new payment
• 60 days after your last received payment, all cloud-stored data is permanently deleted from our servers

To avoid data loss, re-subscribe within 60 days of your last payment or export your schedules while your workspace is in read-only mode.

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. We recommend checking this page periodically.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

• We make no guarantees about availability, reliability, or accuracy
• We are not liable for any data loss, including loss due to browser clearing, updates, or technical issues
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service

Free plan data is stored locally in your browser — you are responsible for backing up any important information. Team plan data is stored in encrypted cloud storage, but we still recommend maintaining your own backups.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to compromise, disrupt, or abuse the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
